We were smitten when we came across the iconic powder blue Smythson stationery of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, which is now a highly coveted auction treasure. Apparently Jackie was an early adopter of colored stationery and kept unique embossed sets at each of her homes—a bygone luxury from days when letter-writing was king. I’m a fan of mixing up my stationery when it runs out, but there is definitely something to be said for establishing a signature look, much like a busy woman who has adopted a chic daily uniform.
