Happy Birthday to You
Parrott Design Studio
Sebago, Maine
Sarah Parrott has a delightful, playful aesthetic. Her booth at the Stationery Show sucks you in with bright, colorful designs that align with her warm, friendly personality. This Happy Birthday to You may be a bit more subdued that her normal palette, but it’s perfect for wishing anyone on your birthday calendar a wonderful year ahead. She’s added an array of fun products to her line and one of my favorites is the Done is Better Than Perfect to do list!

Heart Notecard
Mesh by Alex
Houston, Texas
Alex studied printmaking in school and came to letterpress printing after graduating. She is building out a line of lovely, illustrated greeting cards in addition to other projects. This delicate heart notecard is perfect for a quick hello, a sympathy note, or even a love letter. For the Texans or wildflower lovers out there, she designed a bluebonnet card that will keep you imagining it’s spring all year round.

Well, it’s quite obvious that I am a sucker for snail mail and I love how the deep tones of black and navy complement each other. This is one of those cards I might be tempted to keep on my inspiration board, rather than sending —but just think, whoever you send it to will cherish is and it’ll likely end up on their mantle or fridge.
